Kyle Bell

In September, the North Dakota Parole Board is discussing the child molestation case of convicted child murderer Kyle Bell

In January 2004, Bell completed his sentence on the first of two felony gross sexual imposition convictions involving two young girls. His sentence on the second charge is to end in May 2012

Then, Bell is to begin serving a sentence for using a child in a sexual performance-that sentence slated to end in October 2020. Only after those sentences are completed will Bell begin serving his life sentence for the 1993 murder of eleven-year-old Jeanna North of Fargo

The murder sentence calls for Bell to become eligible for parole after serving 30 years, minus any good time he acquires in custody. Bell is serving time in a maximum-security federal prison in Colorado

A federal judge in July dismissed an appeal by Bell, who said he should not be serving a state sentence in a federal prison and asked to be released. watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list

I really despise some of these people who prolong their trials..example dana deegan because she had to get a psychological test, then she got to extend her sentencing date so her children could finish school..(and by the way..she was sentenced for killing her newborn baby and leaving him in a suitcase on her brother in laws ranch and he wasnt found for over a year) and from what I hear, she is now trying to appeal her case where she got an 8 year sentence. She was "free" for how long before she was finally caught??? Come on Justice System..wake up!!!
